WS-PRIV · REV AWhat we collect, and why.
Plain language, because that's how we do everything. This covers wiltonsystems.com.
What we collect
If you use the contact form or the Systemisation Scorecard, we collect what you give us: your name, email, business name, your message, and your scorecard answers and score. Alongside that we record basic technical context: browser type, country, the page you came from, and campaign tags in the link you clicked (so we know what brought you here).
We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use third-party analytics cookies.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to make sense of your scorecard result if you ask for a human read on it, and to understand which of our own efforts actually bring the right people here. That's it. Aaron may follow up personally on a scorecard submission. You won't be added to a bulk mailing list you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
In our own database, on infrastructure we control. If we move your details into our CRM to manage a conversation you started, that's the same purpose: talking to you. We never sell your information, and we never hand it to third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
While it's relevant to a conversation we're having or might reasonably pick back up. If you'd like your details gone, that's one email.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (and Australian privacy law if you're across the Tasman) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and it'll be handled by a human, quickly.
